Dr. May M. W. Poon was awarded Ph.D. & B.Sc. (Speech & Hearing Sciences) from The University of Hong Kong, and M.Sc (Health Care) from The Hong Kong Polytechnic 

University. May has practiced as speech therapist in a number of public hospitals, non-government organizations, special schools, and mainstream schools. Since 2003, May has joined ENT Laser Hearing and Speech Therapy Centre, developing her expertise in voice therapy, swallowing rehabilitation, and professional training. May is now the leading speech therapist (registered) and service coordinator, and is responsible for service development and clinical supervision of the whole team.
