Play therapy Process

Counsellors would conduct parent consultation and play assessment before the first play therapy session to understand parents' concerns.
Each play therapy session lasts for about 30 to 45 minutes, with another 15 minutes of parent consultation, targeting to release parental stress and transfer of parenting skills.
Play therapist would conduct the play therapy session with the child in a playroom in a one-to-one or one-to-one-family format.
